I haven't been able to link this early Mickey and Minnie scene to a specific production, but it's almost certainly a generic image to publicise any of a number of cartoon shorts in the 1930s. Exact year unknown but Joseph M Schenck and United Artists distributed Disney shorts between 1932 and 1937.
